Do I need exact measurements?+

No. Send what you know. If fit matters, Optim will tell you exactly which measurements are needed before quoting or modeling.

Can you print an STL I already own?+

Usually, yes—if you have permission to use it and the model can be printed safely. Upload it and choose “Print a model I already have.”

Who owns the finished custom file?+

The written quote states the license and deliverables. Commercial use, editable CAD/STEP files, exclusivity, or full rights can change the price.

What work will Optim decline?+

Weapons, infringement, deceptive replicas, and unreviewed safety-critical or regulated uses are not accepted. Other high-risk requests require separate review.
